Shipping
Courier delivers within 2-3 business days of ordering.
Delivery times may vary for international orders. In Italy, standard shipping (2-3 business days) is free, and express shipping (1-2 business days) costs €5.

Returns

Customers have 14 business days from the date of order receipt to return an item by sending an email to webcustomercare@kristinati.it.
Returns are subject to a fee.

The item must be returned intact, complete with all its parts and in its original packaging (envelopes and packaging, and any accessories: labels, tags, seals, etc.).

Returns

If the customer wishes to return an item, they must follow these simple steps:

1. Return Request: Send an email to webcustomercare@kristinati.it within 14 business days of receiving the order. Please indicate the order number and the items you wish to return.

2. Payment Fees: Shipping costs and customs duties for returning the goods (€50 for orders outside the EU, €7 for orders within Europe) will be deducted from the refund. This payment is the customer's responsibility.

3. Shipping and Collection: We'll email you a pre-filled return label to attach to your package. We'll also schedule a pickup date with our courier, directly at the address you provide.
