Shipping and returns
Shipping
Courier delivers within 2-3 business days of ordering.
Delivery times may vary for international orders. In Italy, standard shipping (2-3 business days) is free, and express shipping (1-2 business days) costs €5.
Returns
Customers have 14 business days from the date of order receipt to return an item by sending an email to webcustomercare@kristinati.it.
Returns are free only in Europe. Returns to non-EU countries are subject to a fee.
The item must be returned intact, complete with all its parts and in its original packaging (envelopes and packaging, and any accessories: labels, tags, seals, etc.).
Returns from Outside the EU
If the customer resides in a non-EU country and wishes to return an item, they must follow these simple steps:
1. Return Request: Send an email to webcustomercare@kristinati.it within 14 business days of receiving the order. Please indicate the order number and the items you wish to return.
2. Payment Fees: In response to the email, we will send a payment link to cover the shipping and customs fees for the return (€50). This payment is the responsibility of the customer.
3. Shipping and Collection: Once payment is received, we will email you a pre-filled return label to attach to the package. We will also schedule the collection of the package with our courier, directly at the address you provide.
